![]() Housekeeping: Upon returning to my room after working 12 hours on a job, I was happy to find that my room had been cleaned. There was a spilled drink in the elevator that wasn't cleaned up for over 12 hours. The hotel cleanliness was also in question. I was also told that I wasn't guaranteed the rooms I paid for and all I was guaranteed was a room. I was told that there wasn't a manager on-duty. He called me, I met him at the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. ![]() When he arrived and attempted to check in, they put in him the other older, outdated building, with a crappy remodeled room, that he said looked like a motel 6. ![]() I emailed him the booking/itinerary, which clearly states what I paid for. I put one room in my name and the other in my employee's name, who was still on a plane. Online, I booked (2) King Suites for (2) days. The front desk employees were rude and unaccommodating. Upon check-in, I quickly realized I had made a mistake. I stayed in the new all-suites tower days after it opened & had a stellar experience. I was looking online for decent accommodations and booked the Hard Rock, due to my experience at the location in Vegas. My Employee and I flew in the Tulsa area from the West Coast on business.
